Our Privacy Commitment to You: We recognize, respect and protect the personal privacy rights of all our customers, both past and present. We realize that our customers entrust us with personal information and it is our policy to treat that information in a responsible manner. At the same time we want to offer you an array of financial products and services you need to accomplish your financial goals. We believe we can do both through the privacy policy outlined below. This policy applies to both current and former customers.
The Information We Collect: In the process of serving you, we become stewards of certain "nonpublic personal information." Much of this information is provided directly by you when you apply for our products or services. From time to time, we will request information from third parties such as consumer reporting agencies. Information about your transactions with us, our affiliates, or others is collected and retained in order for us to maintain and service your accounts. In all cases, we limit the collection of information about our customers to that which is necessary to administer our business, provide superior service and offer opportunities that we think will be of interest to our customers.
Information Management: We continually strive to maintain complete and accurate information about you and your accounts. Should you ever believe that our records contain inaccurate or incomplete information about you, please notify us. We will investigate your concerns and correct any inaccuracies. Our employees are educated on the importance of maintaining accurate records and are responsible for upholding the confidentiality of all customer information in accordance with our bank policies. Employee-access to personal information is limited to that which is necessary to provide you with the products and services we offer. All of our operational and data processing systems are in a secure environment that protects your information from being accessed by unauthorized third parties.
Information Sharing Allowed By Law (exceptions to the "opt-out" provision):
We may disclose non-public personal information about you to third parties at your request and as necessary in order to service your accounts or provide products or services that you have requested. We require all of our venders and suppliers to adhere to privacy standards similar to ours and to restrict the usage of any shared information to the purpose for which it is intended. We may also provide non-public personal information, as it is necessary to protect against fraud and for institutional risk-control, as in the case of audits or reviews. These are just a few of the instances where we are allowed by law to disclose any of the personal information that we collect, without providing you the opportunity opt out of the information-sharing process. By law we are also allowed to share non-public personal information with our **affiliates. We may do this from time to time in order to make you aware of the full range of products and services that our Financial Center has to offer.
Information Sharing Outside of the Exceptions Permitted by Law: (OPT-OUT CLAUSE). Though it is not the Bank’s current policy to do so, we reserve the right to disclose any of the non-public personal information we have collected to non-affiliated third parties that are not included in the exception categories described above. You have the right to opt-out of that type of information sharing. Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, you may also tell us not to share information obtained from credit reports with our affiliates. We will treat an opt-out direction by any joint account holder as applying to all parties on the account. You may opt-out of this type of information disclosure by both printing and signing your name below and by delivering the bottom portion of this form, in person or by mail, to any of the offices listed below.

It is my instruction that the Bank is to share none of my non-public personal information, nor that of any of my joint account owners, with any non-affiliated parties for any reason not included in the exception categories described above. In addition, I instruct you not to share my credit report information with any affiliates. This instruction is to remain in effect until it is revoked by me in writing.
